I been to Jets store in Southgate Mall do some baby shopping. Once I was done went to teller to do Payments with my surprise all the Prices were incorrect. the price i see on the barcodes and the price i was been charge was much more. this was really upsetting and irritating as it seem to be a joke to tellers.
When i brought it to tellers attention she just pass me over to another teller that thought its bigger joke. Each every item was R2.00 more that the price marked on the label. I am just one customer that looks at her slip what about the other hundreds of them that dnt check they slip and take it for granted all correct. Jets is the customers.
I brought so many items blanket marked R23.99 was scanned as R25.99, kids vest @19.99 scanned @R22.99 this is just some of the example which i pick up from my slip.
Just very discussed and dispointed such a big store its customers. Please when you shop at Jets store check your slip as they from they customers
