New to shop - after spending 30 mins of waiting and trying to help myself as far as possible finding the items I am looking for (and asking twice for help from sales people on the floor with no luck) I eventually just gave up and left.
Not that there were no-one was around - some "employees" of the company were chatting outside having a smoke break, others were chatting on the phone about last night, some were hiding on the upper floor hoping no one sees them to ask for help. Eventually a lady asked if I was helped already I asked what I was looking for - unfortunately she could not help and tried to find someone to help me in the Rope/Fasteners/water-pipe area. Seems she also gave up after a while...
