We were looking for all the Ninja Turtle items advertised in the Game magazine on page 30. We managed to find the duvet cover at Clear Water Mall Game but nothing else. We asked the staff at Game Clear Water to find out where they may have stock in another branch but were told that they could only phone the next day as it was already past 18h00 and the other Games would be closed. They took our number and promised they'd phone back. This was Monday the 25th November 2013, I am still waiting for the call back. My wife phoned Cradlsetone Game and spoke to three different people, one of which eventually said that they had put he curtain, cap and sunglasses at the information desk and that we must just ask for here when we got there.
When I got there I asked for her but she was out the shop. Eventually someone opened a cupboard and took out the Ninja turtle curtain, a Smurfs cap and a pair of Avengers sun glasses. I was obviously upset and after chatting to Moosa and the store Manager who promised they'd sort it out for me.
Moosa has since made contact with me & kept me updated on the progress & that there was stock on the way. This really is a first for me from Game. Thanks Moosa
