I guess ill be sleeping on the floor tonight, i was promised delivery at 11am this morning. Its now 16:20. I have phoned lee anne erasmus in delivery department, two hours back she promised to phone me back to let me know whats going on.
Besides the fact that i now have no bed, i get paid by the hour, and have lost hundreds of rand while waiting on an empty promise.
This is not acceptable, i really thought a company like dial a bed would be able to deliver?
