My first complaint is I Paid cash for a bed and was waiting for delivery which they said it will take two weeks. I paid on the 27 February 2013 but only received the bed on the 8 April 2013 which was only delivered to the shop on that day. Then i was told to pay for the delivery which i did but the bases of the bed was damage and i am waiting for them to exchange it but nothing is happening and they forgot to delivery the matress protector aswell which i am waiting for so that i could have the 90 day exchange. The way i am feeling now is i want them to come and remove the bed and give me my money back so that i can buy the bed somewhere else where i could get better service. What is so sad is that you lose your rent on the money you paid to them and then there service is terrible. I personally will not recommed any one to by a bed or anything from Dial a bed.
