Bad Customer Service

I received a call from Lewis Branch in Brackenfell on Tuesday, stating that i owe them money for an account that was opened in my name, which i had no knowledge about. Store manager, Johan Meiring from that branch took my call, i called him on Tuesday 9 April afternoon, still waiting on a response from him, he avoids my phone calls and does not return my calls, makes me wait on feedback from him, it is now 12 April, still haven't received any feedback from him, as he had mentioned he is waiting on "HEAD OFFICE" to submit paperwork to him so that he can send it to me as proof, stating that i don't owe any monies to this particular situation. Please advise to how i can get feedback on my case pertaining to this.

I would like to receive feedback. He mentioned to me that he would have papers faxed to me mentioning that my name is all cleared on the system and yet im still waiting feedback.

Bad customer service from his side, for avoiding me.
