On Tuesday 9th April I shopped at this P n P. The stink was unbelievable. People were holding tissues, bars of soap, etc in front of their noses. Management said it was the drains and a worker said it's been like that since the weekend. To add insult to injury, the tills were manned by TWO people only. I was in front of the line to get to the tills and waited 15 MINUTES to be helped. Asking why the lax attitude, I was given lip by one of the till operators. I was so disgusted that I left the shop. If it was not for the fact that it is convenient for older people to go there, I am sure that many would shun the place. Management of this particular P n P leaves a LOT to be desired. I have complained once before of their attitude. Come on P n P... get somebody to run this place with dignity and style and cleanliness and make us feel welcome...
