To date, i have not received any feedback from this branch with regards to my initial complaint.
They have no "customer service skills", i complained almost two weeks ago and no one has the decency to follow up on my complaint. What more should one do to get their attention, write to the local paper? Which should probably be my next step then.
Frustrated by the way they deal with serious enquiries. I am not a customer, never bought any items at this particular store but yet they are claming i bought furniture from them. But they cannot give me any details on the Sales person who made the sale, paperwork of me signing for this purchase, or when this item was delivered and signed for?
