Terrible customer service

Extremely deplorable service from the CNA Sanlam Centre Pinetown, Durban. I had purchased a diary a week back and realised after purchasing that a few pages were missing. I then called the branch, only to be told to come in and change it. I went to the store, waited 20 minutes of my hour lunch break, only to be told to leave the diary there and that I must go to another branch to collect a new diary as they had none in stock. I went back to work, only to wait an hour and eventually called to get feedback. I was put through to a very rude Margaret whom advised me that I must come in and fetch the diary and that she cannot assist me. I explained to her that I waited 20 minutes and was told to leave it there as they were going to advise a relevant branch on providing me a new one. I am furious and highly unimpressed as I now cannot do an exchange or receive a refund. this is ridiculous service and should be dealt with!
