On 1 November 2013 I ordered a 2014 Georgia O'Keefe Diary from Exclusives Books online and the payment was deducted from my credit card account. After six weeks of waiting the wrong diary was delivered. Today I was told that they cannot fill my order and that they will refund my payment. I won't hold my breath. This is unacceptable, wretched service.
