I bought an Executive diary from you in January (and tons of other stuff, as usual) and recently discovered that the days and dates are printed incorrectly. Shocking, I would say...
I phoned your Tygervalley shop and the lady said I can come in and get a small one (as that is all stock they have). Went there today, and another lady phoned the manager... to then just tell me I have to GIVE BACK the diary and they will give me R40...
What a joke this is!!!
If this were the standard of my service and products I offer, I would be embarrassed... to say the least.!!!
It pains me that a shop, that obviously target a certain market, will offer such pathetic service to accommodate a regular client...
This is truly the most pathetic service I have received in my life.
This is truly shocking that you do not understand the value of going the extra mile...
