Bakery Quality gone down

Hi
We normally purchase the pick n pay Madeira loaf from you Clearwater mall stoer, and normally it taste realy great so much so we buy it at least once a week.
We also purchase the pick n pay pre back burger buns which normaly have a nice texture.
But the last 2 weeks both have been horrible, the rolls just broke apart and the Madeira cake tasted a little off and even looked odd even though the best before date of both was quite a few days away.

Please check whats causing the bakery goods to be so bad.
