I ordered a 2012 glam diary for delivery through Groupon in around August 2011, which I have yet to receive, I have since emailed and contacted groupon support as well as the supplier of the diary being - Fabulous You Collections

...In absolute vein, they have since promised to send me a 2013 diary which I haven't received either. Groupon keeps passing the buck saying they cannot help and I should keep liasing with the useless supplier, however I sincerely feel that Groupon itself should give me more security for my money.
