Where do one start to complain about this store...
1) Poor layout - their answer it's up to international standards - hallo we do travel abroad you know P'nP...
2) Food well past their expiry dates still on the shelves.
3) Fresh fruit and veg... Rotten in packets, did show photo's as proof to Store Manager Danie.
4) This store is having only one scanner available to the public and it's attached to the frontline manager's cubicle - how ever, it's been out of order for more than a year.
5) Trolleys pose a health risk, as they are disgustingly filthy...
6) Pick 'n Pay's 5 "unbreakable" promises number 1 being: There will be NO QUEUS in our stores, unless all the tills are open... EPIC FAIL - we did not ask, P'nP promised.
Promise 2) If we are out of stock of ANYTHING, we'll deliver it to you in 24 hours. Is it me or is the 24 hour thing a blatant lie??
Prm 3) Our people will always give you great service. FAIL, FAIL, FAIL!!!
Prm 4) We guarantee that our products will always be absolutely fresh. FAIL, FAIL, FAIL!!! How come do you see rotten fresh produce and items past their sell by date, again is it me P'nP??
Prm 5) a manager will always be at the front of the store to store, FAIL
