Unbelievable BAD service

I took my Lenovo Laptop with faulty charger to Dion Wired Centurion on 27 April 2013. NEW laptop (Some protective plastic covers still intact), only bought it end of 2012. Doesn't charge. Tested with another charger; charging. Diagnosis: Faulty charger. Although they tested the situation in store as well and came up with the same diagnosis I still had to book in EVERYTHING, which I can also understand, BUT I clearly stated: this is URGENT. I am a RESEARCHER at the university, I NEED MY LAPTOP.
I haven't heard anything from Dion Wired since and I went there again today (12 May 2013- 15 (FIFTEEN!!!) days later)
Today I was told the laptop was only fetched by Incredible Solutions on Monday 6 May because the previous week had a public holiday the Wednesday. WHAT!!! What happened to MONDAY TUESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY!!! What happened to THIS IS URGENT!!! What happened to common decency to call and update you on this situation that was suppose to take 3 working days!!!
So this will probably become 21 days for a CHARGER!!! Pathetic Dion Wired. I will not buy any appliances from you every again!!
