Unsatisfactory after sale service

ID number: 811023 5477089, Invoice number:198101.. I'm totally dissatisfied with Rochester in Boksburg. I bought furniture last year September and ever since found no joy with all the logged queries at the store. I have 2 queries that haven't been resolved to date. 1. The assembling of my sleigh bed wasn't completed and the drivers were sent out 4 times but still came with the wrong item (hole that needs be mended for the to fit in) 2. The lounge suit has started to peel and this is supposed to be new leather. I've been since waiting for the replacement of this suit and have heard nothing for over a month.

I'm dissatisfied with the service, queries never gt tresponded to whether its escalated to store manager or not. It's not fair that when I bought these products I was attended to attentively in order for them to get the sale and not when the proper after sale service has to be done, I'm given the run around.
