We are many customers, having bought at a more expensive store, that now sit with poor after sale service. We all have the same story: bought goods (expensive goods) that were or became faulty and then the battle starts to have it resolved. To all potential customers reading this - I suggest you read all complaints and reconsider. How much you have spent (I have spent a lot) does not even seem to trigger better after sale service. To Rochester: I will not leave it there, you may now yourself decide how you intend to deal with this forthwith.
