POOR AFTER SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY

This Company Delivered a Alphine Recline Buffalo Finish lounge suit, The one two seater recliner does not work, the rocking single chairs leather is badly damaged at the Back and the other two seater has a flaw in the leather on the righthand seat. Numerous e-mails and calls have been made to even head offices with Rochester & Alphine - with no issue being resolved. We bought this suite 28 Dec 2011 it is 5 March 2013 and nothing has been done to replace these faulty and bad quality goods! Quite embarrising paying such a large ammount of money believing you buy quality with pathetic afterservice and not up to standard quality. Highly dissappointed. I know the Alphine Lounge suite is the best quality recliner you can buy, and that is why we paid extra when we could have got the same for a lot cheaper. When you buy the best you expect the best service!
