Don't ask Rochester for after sales service

I bought more than R100 000 rands' worth of goods from them the past 18 months, yet with a lounge suit that keeps sagging I received empty promises up to a point, now nothing. Now my emails are being totally ignored. As they say, do not complain about the service... there is no service to complain about. What a pity when people throw their name away like this.
