Chipping leather lounge suit

My husband and I bought a Barrinton lounge suit in October 2012 for R24 000.00, within two months I went to the store and I told the manager, Jacques, that the leather is chipping/coming off.

I have been to the store several times and at one time he phoned the factory but nothing has happened ever since.

I was thinking of buying more items at Bradlows, but now I have lost faith in their furniture.

I will never buy furniture at Bradlows anymore.
