Pre-Approved credit and vouchers without conscent

I received a Truworths store card together with vouchers to the amount of R300

Firstly, I did not request this and this is not the first time I have been seen vouchers and store cards without my approval.

I worry as any tom, and harry can land up with the card and with the levels of card prevalent today I feel it is most certainly irresponsible on Truworths account, who is ultimately going to answer to this?

I want to know where you got my details from?
I want to know why you continue to send me these mails and store cards
and I want to know who gave you the permission to issue a card, a contractually binding means of payment - without my prior consent.

I know I am not the only Person this as happened to as others in my family have also received such letters in the post.

I want my questions answered, no excuses.
