We received discount vouchers from our bank last week, over the weekend we wanted to use the vouchers, you had to use your Edgars card in order to qualify for the discount vouchers. We went to Red Square to use the voucher, when it got time to pay with our Edgars account card and we wanted to use our voucher Boipelo informed us that we need to pay with our credit card, once we showed her the voucher and indicated that you have to only use your Edgars cars she insisted and started to raise her voice towards us. She also insisted we give her "the big paper" (we've cut out the vouchers prior to going shopping), we told her that and still she wanted "the big paper". She humiliated us in front of other customers and made us look stupid after spending over R1000 in store!!! If I knew this was the kind of service we would get I wouldn't even have tried using the freaking vouchers or go to that store. Ps: I will NOT support that store ever again.
