I took out a laybye on quite a few pieces of furniture which I paid off in November. We asked the sales consultant to collect in December only as we were moving house then which her sales manager only allowed for a couple of weeks, complaining that they did not have space to store our furniture&we would have to pick it up Dec 2 latest which we went to do, only to find that they did not actually have our dining chairs in stock which theyhad claimed not to to have space for. I had planned a dinner party for the first Friday and my husband insisted on getting an answer when we would get our chairs and was assured by the warehouse manager Madeline that she would call the following day to arrange when they would deliver, which she never did. I then called on the Wednesday and Thursday, spoke to a Marshall who said that the Madeline would call me which again, she did not do. On Friday, I eventually got to speak to to Buli, the sales consultant who after going to check on the warehouse told me Madeline was denying the whole thing, even though my husband had witnesses&even though Marshall HAD confirmed that the chairs would only come on Thurs&Madeline would call me. I STILL DONT HV MY CHAIRS!
