I bought a rocker swing at baby city in zambesi road for a lot of money. When I opened the box at home I found that the padding was missing and went all the way back to them to let them know and to get another one. They were out of stock and said that they will phone me if they can get another one at another branch. After about 2 weeks I had to phone them to ask what is going on. He said they are waiting for stock. I think that a big company like that could at least phone their costomer and let them know what is going on!!!
Its been almost a month now and I still haven't heard from them???
Is this how people work these days??
What if it takes another month??
Meanwhile my baby is growing up and I bought something I cant even use!!!
Basically there is no freaking customer service at baby city in zambesi!!
