I purchased a dining room suite on the 20th of nov 2012. A table and 8 chairs, 6 of them in a certain leather and the 2 head chairs in another - nothing complicated. i paid for the suite in FULL at the time of purchase. upon delivery on 21 dec, 1 of the 6 chairs was damaged & the 2 head chairs - well they were not the leather i ordered & the 2 that had arrived did not even match each other! long story short, my 2 chairs were "on a truck that went missing" & i was given 2 loan chairs to carry me through the festive season until my chairs arrived on the 15th of Jan 2013. on the day of delivery would you believe 2 chairs arrived at my house - once again in a completely different leather to what i had ordered. it is now the 29th, multiple phone calls to find out what is going on over the past 2 and a half months, countless stories, and would you believe - still no chairs. throughout this period i have been calm & accommodating & today when i once again phoned in to find out why i was not phoned on the 28th as promised & lost my temper at the fickle excuse i received - i am told by the branch manager to calm down???!!! Deliver what i paid for 2.5 months ago & i will be calm. PATHETIC!
