I paid my account off in full November 2012, through lawyers and sent paid up letter from lawyers to truwoths twice in November but I'm stil listed with ITC as I owe them till date.
No one seems to know anything and the fist time they said to wait 24-48 hours for paid up letter and 2nd time I called they said truworths doesn't give out paid up latters. While Trunsunion is waiting on Truworths to let them account is paid so they can update their records.
