Took my camera in for repairs on the 18th of March. i just counted today its been 23 days since its been in for repairs. according to games policy i will recieve a new item within 21 days.
today i called Willen Kuan at zewenwacht branch
The man is clearly a professional in hes trade. he told me within 10seconds that if they exceeded the 21 days please come collect a new camera. no hassle no fuss. give this man a bells or a raise or something.

the reason why im so excited i bought a laptop at incredible connection its been in and out of reapirs for 3months and im still stuck. Game resolved my matter in 21days and i regret not buying the laptop by them. i recommend all colleagues and friends buy at game zewenwacht you wont go wrong.

considering the item warranty expired in this time.
