Unwilling to assist custome

I'm absolutely disgusted by the service that was received on Saturday afternoon.

We waited for 15 minutes for assistance after which they asked the Manager on duty to come and assist as there is no staff on his floor, they were either on LUNCH or not in the shop. He was unwilling to get up from his chair I even have a photo to show how "BUSY" he was doing nothing!
At the end another gentlemen customer assisted me as he was also waiting for assistance.
