Poor Service Delivery

Only 3 Tills operating during lunch time!
The cashier at till 3 closed without servicing her last customer being me, to go on lunch at 12h20 - odd time for lunch?
Went to the Express Till where the cashier was serving customers with Trollies of merchandise. This is to be understood as there weren't other tills to service them. When I eventually got served with my single item, they couldn't assist as the card machine was out of order.
I called on the Floor Manager, Dino, who after listening me out, left to collect the Supervisors responsible for the Cashiers and address the challenges.
Whilst waiting more customers wanted to pay with their cards and were instructed to get vouchers from the Customer Care Centre to pay for their goods - An option not extended to me. WHY NOT?
In the mean time the queue was getting longer and longer.
After some 10-15 minutes I left (without my purchase) as no-one was coming to attend to me.
I got back to my office and phoned their Customer Care Line - 0861 4263 2273 - The message - "The number is busy" - No options.
So much for Customer Care!!!
