Paid early and now have a negative response on ITC

I have been trying to get Truworths to remove the negative information supplied to the Credit Bureau for weeks now.

In December I paid my account early, 18/12/2013 the same instalment that I have been paying for months R 100.00, only to find out now that there is an annual service fee R24.00, which I was not aware of so I short paid by R 24.00. as I was not aware of the R24.00.

I than got a message the start of January stating that I owe R 124.00 so I thought it was strange as I made payment early, but thought oh well, its not a big amount, I will just pay it and check up on it later, so for that month I ended up paying R 224.00.

I am very angry about this and want it removed from the Credit bureau immediately!!!

Like I tried to explain to the customer care is that I only get the statement for the account weeks after the payment is due, I have tried to phone and ask if they could email me my statements monthly, however I was told that this is not possible as this is not a service they offer, I get an amount smsed to me now and again, but not every month!

On my credit report it now states no payment - 30 days.
