Truworths
Paid a double amount but they still want me to pay

I made a payment at Truworths - Westwood Mall and I told the cashier that I'm paying for February because I had already paid for January, I received a statement from Head Office, showing very clearly the payments that I've made but they still want me to come and pay before the 6th of March. I even paid more than the due amounts. So there's no use to pay extra money at Truworths because they'll still need you to come and pay come month end otherwise they'll send your name to credit bureau.
