Yesterday it was my birthday so I visited my family in Malvern/Jules so I decided to go buy a cake at Shoprite Malvern when we got there I saw the cake I liked and we took it to go pay when we got to till 3 we met a lady with bad attitude who told us that we need to go back look for the bar code or leave the cake after bit of disagreement and to avoid lot of things my brother went back to bakery to get the bar code however the lady at the bakery told him that the cake has been there for more than three days and it needs to be sold at lower price, we waited for - 30 minutes while she was looking for the right person to authorize the lower price after 30 minutes I then approached a lady who I believe is a store manager by the name of Bongi who was very rude not to me only but to her staff as well. I was told by her if I wanted the cake I will have to pay the full price whether is three days old or not. I seriously don't understand why they keep old things on display and I don't think its right and fair to pay a full price for something that is old. Your staff really spoiled my day with they attitude, please send your staff to customer service training
