On the 01 august 2013 my fnb account was debited with an amount of R1010 with ref 01 Aug Magtape Debit Tfgaccount0011010001022011426. i do not have a debit order in my markhams account. I did not authorise markhams to debit my account and the reference number mention above is not link to my markhams account, i feel this was unlawful transaction. i request a refund.
