I will bought a funiture again in russel store

On march 2012, my dad bought me a funiture for my weeding.they deliver broken wadropes, I went back to them on apri and make a complain. I was alwys went ther aech and every months and told me that they will call me.but they won, t bother about calling me.and they fixed that problem after 11 months of compain.the funiture was deliverd at highflats and I, m living at umlazi.on wedding day I only used a kist all others is still sealed.then on december I check the funiture I found out that the is no mirrows for dressing table, its not been delivery.then I. Went to them again.they told me .its to late for the complain if I want to see the delivery note they don, t want to show.they said I have to buy and pay for it again.while the store takes 11 months to fixed My wadrope.even kist was got sratches but idid, nt report it bcs iwas already used. I want to know what action I must take about the dressing table mirrows.
