I have since so far not received a positive response from Joshua Doore on my complaint except that they have called me to ask that I approve the repairs to my laptop, but the repair costs will be taken care of me which I declined. I declined their suggestion on the basis that I did not break the laptop, it's a factory fault & I am saying this because I was using the same model of the laptop at my previous workplace and it broke down the same way mine has, a few months after it was procured. It is on this basis that I am lodging my dispute with Joshua Doore and their response tells me that Joshua Doore is protecting the interests of Lenovo and sidelining mine.
