I bought couches form House and home in November 2011. I was told the life span of the couches is at least 10 to 15 years. Nothing was mentioned to me about the 1 year worranty. a year later a 3 seater couch was torn. I went back to the shop and requested that the couch be fixed. I was told that it is no longer under worranty as a result i must pay for it. I leave on my own and I am most of the time at work. I was not expecting this couches to have been torn in a years time already. House and home tells me its a manufacturer's fault and not thiers and that they can send the couch back to the manufacturer for me me but i would have to pay for it myself. I refuse to pay for this couch. I couldnt have paid R15 000.00 for the couches that i am going to use onlyl for a year. I am not getting quality for my money at all and i need your assistance.
