On the 17th of June 2013, I purchased an L-shaped Couch from Metro Home, in Centuion. I was so excited. The floor salesman at the time, Ebrahim Mattews, said it was an excellent choice, it was marked down for a bargain, and that they have had no come backs on it. I asked him what the guarantee would be, and he said, it will only have a guarantee for a year. Two months and a half months, down the line, the arm rest on the large couch has collapsed and is now square in stead of round. The foam/sponge in the seats are beginning to sag and you can already feel the wood through the foam. The couches are beginning to creak terribly when you sit down on it. I went to the store on 20th September, spoke to "EB" and they said that I need to bring the couches in, I don't have the transport, and feel it is a faulty produc t, he said I must pay for returning it to the store?? He has tried making a plan for me, but they are opening a new store in Montana now so he is between shops, and does not bother to follow up with me, why must I beg?? I am now sick of waiting, it is nearly two months after I logged the initial complaint with him.. Please respond
