I received a sms on the 30/3/2013 that our repeat prescriptions wedre ready for collection. I went to Clicks yesterday afternoon to buy over the counter medication & collect ourrepeats. Firstly I stood in que which was already going down the isle. There was only 1 pharmacist assisting, eventually there were 2. The one then disappeared for about 10-15 minutes & returned with a trolley full of baskets & proceeded to unpack them. Only when done did she resume assisting customers without even an appology. She should have started assisting customers before unpacking baskets. When my turn came I told the pharmacist that I wanted to collect my repeats at the same time. WELL!!! I stood waiting for ages. She came back with my husbands repeats & told me that she couldn't find mine & didn't know where "they" had put it then proceeded to dispense the prescription again. HOW CAN THEY NOT FIND IT IF IT WAS READY FOR COLLEECTION ON THE 30/3/2013. Surely this would throw their stock out. I'm totally appalled at the service & don't care attitude of this branch of Clicks Pharmacies.
