I went there, asked an attendant if I could get an application form, he found one for me, and I filled it out, I then gave it to Justice to review, afraid I might have missed some information.
Justice left saying he will get someone to look at it, 20 minutes later, I saw him helping someone else, and when he saw me, one could immediately see that he forgot about me. He said that everything is fine, and that I will receive an sms on the same day.
I haven't received anything, and I strongly doubt that my application was submitted - It is a DISGRACE.
