I bought a LG disher in June 2011. The machine gave problems and please this is now the second one, I paid in an extra R1500 on the new one and when this one gave the same problems the technician came out and the machine is still not working. I have been trying to get hold of their service department since last week as the machine is giving the same errors and to date NO-ONE has made an effort to come out or try and resolve this issue. I am very disspointed and they keep taking my number but dont call back. It would appear that their aftersales service is non existant!!! I spend good money on taking extended warranties out and for what?
