I bought the vacuum cleaner and the i found it sealed in the box but it was not new it was used and cracked, i returned it and they gave me the new machine, all this happened 3 months back and this matter was resolved by hellopeter, now the very same machine is damaged and i returned it again to hi fi corporation, my issue is that i'm staying in fochville and its my 3rd time traveling to vaal for the same machine already i wasted 270kilos of my car and patrol for same machine, more like paying for the same machine twice, i told them i dnt want that machine again they must just give me my money back and they are refusing..
