LG DIRECT DRIVE WASHING MACHINE DESIGN FAULT

On the 1st Oct. 2010 i bought a 7 kg, LG Direct drive wash machine, within 6 months the machine was dancing all over my kitchen floor with a loud banging noise, LG technical dept. would not exchange the machine and wanted to take it in to look at as their technician who came to my house, declared the machine was not faulty, but because the machine was on a wooden floor it was dancing and sounded like a machine gun. The floor was solid wood as it was parquet blocks and the machine had worked fine for 6 mths. Hirsch where i bought the machine kindly did a direct swop for a new machine, i paid in the difference and bought the 8kg direct drive, 28 June 2011, well the machine also began to dance, this year 2013 on a solid tiled floor, i phoned LG, they sent a technician, the technician said the shocks were gone. The machine is only 2 yrs and 3mths. A search on the internet confirmed my suspicion that LG DIRECT DRIVE has a problem, from other posts world wide. i would like to hear from LG HEAD OFFICE not the technical department as they do not seem to understand when i phone and explain the problem. I filmed both machines rocking and rolling and am willing to put it on you tube
