I sent my Logic LCD TV in on the 03/03/13 to be repaired, it states clearly on the repair slip that i will be notified within 21days what is the outcome of my repair. I was called after 21days and missed the call, so i called back i was then transferred too several people that could not help me. When i asked to be transferred to the manager i was not and instead cut off. I finally called game Pinetown on Friday again and was told they are awaiting another Tv from jhb for me and they will call me monday 8/4/13, no one called me i asked my mum too call them and was told the same thing again "awaiting a Tv from jhb. I have had no Tv for over a month now and had just paid top tv on the 1st of march so i could not cancel it. I have been inconvenienced this month again as i was told i would have a tv in 21days and to date have nothing as yet and another month of top tv was paid. I am very disappointed with game Pinetowns service.
