I bought a TV on 18th Dec 2012 at Game vereenigang. As I reside in Cape Town we left on the same night we bought the tv and locked our property up and left the tv unopened. We returned to Gauteng in Feb and when we took the tv out its screen was cracked. When I contacted game they told me I was past the 21days cpa guarantee. I asked the manager to reread the cpa especially section 56. Game says I have to wait for Samsung to do a valuation of the tv, which they also agree is still intact for them to agree for them to give me a replacement. I am disappointed as Samsung was not the when we did our original contract. I just want a replacement.
