Poor Customer Service

My 32inch sinotech tv was given in at game on the 20/01/2013, i was told i will get difinate answer by 24/01 as to how long it will take to repair.
23/01- the only feedback i received was its at the supplier and was only sent in on the 22/01. i have spoken to Hajra and she was to give feedback to me regarding how long it will take. the only answer was 21days. this is poor customer service and pathetic attitude given from the employees.
24/01- called again and spoke to Nontando, she said they still waiting for job card from supplier and will take 21 days to get repaired.by now i shouldve known how long id be without a tv but no useful feedback was given.
25/01- i was told il be contacted yet no one tried my mobile.
28/01- i called again to game and was poorly assisted by Celina who didnt want to give me her name so the receptionist helped with it. she was very unhelpful & put me on hold for 10min. i was told im holding for the manager but no help was given as i kept holding, i then hung up.
its been 8days and no feedback was given to me regarding my very expensive TV. GAME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!! i will never shop there again!!! entire store needs attitude adjustment.
