I have had a Edgars account for quite some time and in 2011 I was retrenched and it took Edgars forever to put through the claim and in 2012 I found myself in the same boat and I got retrenced again I took my paper work to Canal Walk spoke to a consultant Quinton who said he would deal with the matter as i put my claim through in January and this was middle of Feb and nothing was done then in begining of March I spoke Larencha who said she was Credit Manager she said she would handle the matter its now April I received yet another sms that further action would be taken called the store and was told they wulould get back to me what kinda service is that hey, I am so disapointed how can you follow there procedures and they take forever this is causing problems for me finding a new job now.
