I purchased a Big Green Clean Machine 5 years ago for almost R4 000, 00. 3 year guarantee, service and spares not a problem. 2 years out of guarantee, no spares available. The motor is in perfect working order and only the plastic inlet pipe has broken. Service Centre advised there was nothing they could do and offered a 10% discount should I elect to purchase a similar machine for the price of R4 999.00!!! I don't think so. I must now dump my machine and buy something else. As a pensioner, I cannot afford such an expense and hoped that I would have many more years than 5 from my machine. Buyers beware.
