In 2011 I bought a lounge suit at Dradlows Silverton branch. I managed to settle the account in 2012 July. After having settled that account, the supplier continued to send me billing statements. I paid them a visit to query and I was told that the period i settled my account, they were switching to a new system and that I should not worry it will be sorted. I even emailed their account department and I got feedback that the account has been cleared. I continued receiving billing statements and I went to the silverton branch which I was told ag ignore those statements as your account is sitting at zero balance. I paid them a visit again today and they printed me a print out which said I do not owe them anything. I got home, I received a final demand that in 20 days I will be handed over to ITC as a default payer. I am so angry with this company or branch.
