Went in to purchase a 210L Defy chest top freezer on special, it was the second day of the special, Got told no stock and it was the same the previous week with the KIC freezer, So two weeks same problem, Two different brands, get told its the suppliers, I don't think so. Then I got rudely snubbed by the salesman who said, "Just pay and we will get it next week sometime" all the while not even looking me in the eye and writing something down and just turning around and walking away as if i am bothering him, Whilst I'm still talking none the less. Went to house and home they were great and they had stock of the same item I wanted funnily enough. So in short game has gone down and I always recommended them, never again.
