On 3/11/2013 we made a purchase at Game Secunda of a Logik Top Freezer wich we only receive on the 17/11/2013. In the first week that we got the freezer the rubber of the door keep on coming loose with the result that the freezer didn't keep the cold. We try 4 times to fix it but it keep on coming loose. We report the matter to Game customer care on the 29th of December 2013. They said that they will contact Game Secunda for a technisian to tend to the matter. They contact my husband twice afterwards to confirm our adress but no-one came to tend to the problem. We feel it is unacceptable to wait that long and to pay for something you bought but are unable to use it. We want them to come and fetch the fridge and refund us on our Game account.
